There are several committees for involvement. They are: Executive, Program, Music, Membership, Financial, Devotion, Publicity, Constitution & Bylaws, Education, Communication, Human Relation/Social Concerns, Archives, Resolutions and P.K. Coordinators.

CONN-M-SWAWO is composed of:

bulletSpouses who are married to ministers on roll in any AME Annual Conference
bulletWidows and widowers of any AME minister
bulletSpouses of retired AME ministers 
bulletChildren of all AME Ministers

Recognized By Many

Members are recognized by their unique dress; black suits and (red blouse or red shirt) with black, red, and green scarves, ties or hankerchiefs.

The red rose is the official flower of the CONN-SWAWO members.
